Using the service
You must have authority to connect a storefront, manage its products, and submit the designs you provide. Keep account access secure and use Coordinate Studio only in compliance with applicable law, Shopify requirements, intellectual-property rights, and product-safety rules.
Design and production approval
Customers and merchants are responsible for verifying spelling, dates, locations, product selection, and personalization before approval. Coordinate Studio validates geometry and prepares files, but the operator remains responsible for material settings, machine safety, final inspection, and lawful production. The service does not directly control an engraving machine.
Shopify and other providers
Shopify remains authoritative for Shopify checkout, payment, taxes, fulfillment, refunds, and buyer records. Third-party services may be unavailable or change their APIs. We may pause an affected feature to protect data or production integrity.
Fees
Paid plan terms, trial details, usage limits, and applicable charges will be shown before a merchant accepts a charge. Shopify App Store billing will be authoritative for Shopify subscriptions. Fees do not include a merchant's product, shipping, taxes, or production costs unless explicitly stated.
Acceptable use
Do not upload malicious content, probe another tenant, bypass access controls, misrepresent ownership, interfere with the service, or use the product to create unlawful, dangerous, deceptive, or infringing material. We may suspend access to prevent harm or investigate abuse.
Availability and changes
We work to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may update features and these terms. Material changes will be communicated through the service or merchant contact channel before they take effect where required.
Disclaimers and liability
Coordinate Studio is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Shop Heck LLC is not responsible for losses caused by an unapproved design, unsafe machine operation, merchant product claims, or third-party platform failures. Any liability limitations are subject to rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Termination and contact
A merchant may uninstall or stop using the app. We may retain limited records as described in the Privacy Policy and will process verified deletion events. Questions may be sent to shopheckllc@gmail.com.
