Shopify customers
Contact the Shopify merchant that received your order. The merchant can initiate Shopify's customer data request or customer redaction process. Shopify then sends Coordinate Studio a signed request containing the resource identifiers needed to locate relevant records. We do not retain the raw webhook body.
Merchants and direct users
Email shopheckllc@gmail.com from the address associated with your account. State whether you want access, correction, deletion, or restriction. Include the shop domain or account email, but do not send passwords, API credentials, private coordinates, identity documents, or full payment information.
What happens next
- We acknowledge the request and verify identity or merchant authority.
- We search only the tenant, shop, order, or account scope established by that verified authority.
- We provide the data, correct it, delete it, or explain a narrow legal-retention exception.
- We record hashed request evidence without copying the original customer contact fields into the compliance record.
Shopify privacy actions are due within 30 days. Other verified requests are handled within the period required by applicable law.
Production and legal records
Some data may be temporarily isolated rather than immediately deleted when it is necessary for an active order, product-safety issue, dispute, fraud prevention, tax duty, or other legal requirement. We limit access and remove it when the reason expires. A pending internal review is not treated as a completed deletion.
